What are cookies?

Cookies are computer data, in particular text files, placed on the devices of end users (e.g. on computers, phones, tablets) via web browsers. They enable identification of your device and suitable display of the website, customised to your individual preferences. Servers can read cookies whenever your terminal device connects to them. These files usually contain the name of the domain of the website they are taken from, the time of storage on the terminal device and a unique number.

  3. Provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for conclusion and performance of the Agreement with the Company. Failure to
    provide personal data will prevent the conclusion and performance of the Agreement. Provided personal data include data of individuals carrying on business activity, representatives or contact persons for performance of the Agreement, i.e. first name, surname, company name, address, NIP taxpayer number, e-mail address, contact telephone number,
  4. The personal data provided in the agreement and during the cooperation will only be processed by the Company for the following purposes:
    1. to conclude, perform and settle the agreement,
    2. to fulfil the obligations arising from the legal regulations related to tax and accounting issues,
    3. for a legitimate purpose understood as identification of the party/representative/contact person, and to assert claims if any,
    4. for an ongoing contact, including providing responses to writings and requests,
    5. for archiving.
  5. The legal basis for processing your data will be:
    1. necessity for performing the agreement or taking actions at your request prior to conclusion of the agreement,
    2. necessity for compliance with a legal obligation imposed on the controller,
    3. necessity for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the controller, such as ongoing contact with you, including responding to your writings and requests or asserting claims.
  6. Your personal data will be processed for as long as it is necessary to achieve the objective of its processing. The period for which your data is processed depends on the purpose for which it is processed. The period for which your data is stored is calculated based on the following criteria:
    1. the term of the agreement and provision of services,
    2. legal regulations that may require the Company to process data for a specific period of time, including, in particular, for tax and accounting purposes,
    3. period that is necessary for defending the collector's interests, including asserting claims in connection with performance of the agreement,
    4. period for which the consent has been given,
    5. for archiving purposes for the period of 10 years.
  7. Your personal data may be shared with:
    1. authorised employees or co-workers of the Company,
    2. entities supporting the Company through outsourced services and in accordance with concluded data processing agreements, in particular providers of technical, organisational, legal and advisory services used by the Company to carry out its business activity, including law, tax, accounting, IT companies, companies providing maintenance services, courier and postal companies.
  8. The Company does not share your personal data with third countries, i.e. outside of the territory of the European Economic Area.
  9. You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to transfer it, not to be the subject of automated decision making, including profiling, the right to withdraw the consent at any time without the impact on the lawfulness of the processing that had taken place based on the consent before it was withdrawn, and the right to raise objection to data processing.
